Ryan Draper heads up the team at Cycling-101 and with over 20 years experience as an endurance cyclist and highly certified coach, instructor and guide. He is your first point of contact when looking to book a service or create an adventure with the 101 team. His passion for bike packing, pack rafting and all things cycling related make him unique in the cycling world.
Rebecca Innes is an Emergency Manager by day, and mountain biker by night. Rebecca has lived in the Bow Valley for 17 years, and loves outdoor adventure. Rebecca enjoys teaching riders who are excited to be out on their bikes, and are eager to learn more about the sport. She is passionate about helping people gain skills and confidence, while having fun on the trails.
Mark Innes is constantly on backcountry adventures exploring the vast expanse of the Canadian Rockies. He started as a cross country cyclist and now enjoys winter fat biking, road biking and mountain biking. He is also a coach with RMCC in the summer and a ski instructor at Lake Louise in the winter. He ultimately loves coaching because it allows him to meet more people and share his passion for cycling.
Ian Murray has a passion for riders at all levels to improve their riding in noticeable ways and to increase their passion for mountain biking. Ian currently coaches with the Rundle Mountain Cycling Club in the summer and with the CRTG Regional Cross Country Ski Team in the winter. His education highlights include many coaching courses at the Competition Development level at the Canadian Sports Institute Calgary. Ian has a degree in Physics from the Univeristy of Waterloo.
Matt started riding downhill ten years ago and now enjoys riding all year round having discovered fat biking to keep those legs moving during the winter months. He is also a keen skier and volunteers his time as a ski patroller at Sunshine Village. Matt lives in Canmore and likes to make the most of the local trails while also riding lots in the bike parks around BC.
Justin Miles originally from New Zealand, but making the Bow Valley home since 1995. Mountain Biking has been a part of his life for almost 20 years. Franchisee of a local Restaurant, Husband and father of two. Competing in such events as:- 2017 Single Track 6, 2016 Canmore Enduro Travelling is a huge part of life and experiencing new trails and rides is part of the goal. 2019 has multiple races and bike trips planned and coaching and guiding is a way to bring my passion to others.
Nathan Weima is an avid mountain biker with many years of experience in the bike industry at Rebound Cycle. Now working as a real estate agent here in Canmore, he can also be found coaching the Rampage Mountain Bike Program with the RMCC. He loves all things bike related, and mostly enjoys helping people discover a passion for the sport.
